HOW DID WE COME TO BE?
The expert collective behind WhiteRoad shares two things in common: a love of the mountains and a commitment to doing things exceptionally well. Noticing that there was a demand for bespoke corporate ski trips, and with each client representing their own unique needs, it was essential to create a specialist division within our wider business (which takes over 40,000 passengers travelling each season), allowing us to service each contract to the Nth degree, and so WhiteRoad was formed.

With over 11 years in the ski industry and 10 snow seasons spent across Europe and Canada, Finn leads the WhiteRoad team as Brand Manager. Bringing a wealth of hands-on experience, his on-the-ground knowledge is hard to beat, shaped by years of living and working in the mountains. A true mountain enthusiast, he’ll happily chew your ear off about anything snow, hiking, or mountain biking-related.
Passionate about creating unforgettable mountain experiences, Finn combines industry expertise with a personal touch to help others get the most out of every adventure. Whether it’s sharing insider tips or planning the perfect trip, he’s dedicated to making life in the mountains accessible, exciting, and memorable.

After four unforgettable seasons in New Zealand and Japan, Ollie returned to HQ bringing a global perspective and a genuine passion for mountain life. Now with over three years in the corporate side of the industry, he combines real-world experience with professional insight to support and inspire others. Having worked across Japan, New Zealand, and Europe, he’s passionate about helping others access the same incredible opportunities.
When he’s not talking ski, Ollie’s all about staying active, whether that’s cycling, fell running, or out walking his whippet! And lets not forget to mention he has built his own, very successful, run club from the ground up. Always up for a challenge, he brings that same energy and enthusiasm into everything he does.

Meet our newest team member, who brings a wealth of experience and an infectious enthusiasm for everything she does. After several years in our OTA team, she has developed a deep understanding in group travel, and expertise in creating seamless and memorable trips.
Issy combines professional skill, positive energy and creativity along with a passion for the mountains, ensuring every ski experience is well-organised and truly special.
Fluent in both Italian and French - Issy is invaluable when it comes to navigating European resorts and connecting with local partners.

His background in the snowsports world is impressive, built on a solid foundation of 7 years within the industry! He brings a wealth of knowledge on group dynamics, logistics, and how to deliver that truly exceptional mountain holiday that groups remember for years to come.
