Pas De La Casa

Why visit  Pas De La Casa ?

Offering an alternative to the usual French Alpine scene, we’re proud to present, Pas de la Casa. Probably best known for its après culture and long sunny days, Pas is undoubtedly the liveliest ski village in Andorra.

Pas forms one half of the impressive Grandvalira ski area. Sitting high and mighty above the rest at 1200m, you are guaranteed epic conditions and a long season.

Over the years it’s received a serious €1 billion of investment towards improving their network of lifts and snow cannons so you can take full advantage of the 210km of rolling valleys.

Great for all levels of ability, you’ll be able to hit up treelines, cruise powder fields or practise your freestyling at one of the 3 snow parks (one of which is open at night).

If you’re looking for mountain skiing or freeriding, we love flying over the ungroomed snow with its obstacles and jumps and taking in that unbeatable backdrop.

Compared to the traditional French resorts, Pas has more of an urban vibe and has been affectionately dubbed ‘Pas Vegas’ thanks to it’s incredible nightlife. The bars and restaurants are all conveniently located near one main strip so you don’t have too far to stumble home. You’ll find a heavy influence from Ibiza, international DJs and summer seasonnaires make their way over to Pas to work and party through the winter season. Be warned, you may be in need of another holiday by the time you’re done here.

Where WhiteRoad eat and drink

Best restaurant
La Familia

This authentic family-run Spanish restaurant is known for large portion sizes and the quality of the food is very high and well priced. The steak is a favourite here. Expect wholesome plates, perfect following a day shredding the slopes.

Best Cheap eat
La Planch’ a Pizza

Well located just opposite the ticket office, the pizza is very large so depending on your appetite you could even share. With friendly staff and beer on tap this is the perfect, well priced spot for your group.

Best Apres eat

You can’t miss this place as it looks like a UFO has crash landed on the top of a mountain! By day, this panoramic restaurant offers great food and some of the best views in the Grandvalira, but at 4pm, DJs turn it into the liveliest après bar on the slopes. Their tunes get people dancing on the terrace and spilling out onto the snow. Head to the front to get involved or just chill at the back with a beer. Ski or board down at closing time whilst enjoying some amazing views of Pas de la Casa.
